Vanilla Image approached Bayly to help them in the design of an advertising / rubbish bin product that was positioned within suburban shopping centres.  Vanilla Image’s business model provided the bins free of charge to the shopping centre and generated advertising revenue from the placement of advertisements in the large panels.
Aside for the design and development of the bins, Bayly provided the parts for assembly to Vanilla Image.

Bayly was contracted for the supply of the design and the bins to Vanilla Image’s specific requirements.  Bayly coordinated subcontract supplies of some components and produced other parts in-house.

> innovation 

Bayly designed the bins for a flat pack kit configuration.  The bin is constructed from a minimal number of steel, painted urethane and plastic components that allow for the bin to be assembled onsite or close to site.  The bins could be disassembled for transport to different venues.
