Breville asked Bayly to manufacture sets of handles for their new frypan range.

These prototypes were required for marketing approval and to communicate their requirements to their Chinese manufacturer.

Bayly manufactured the patterns for the handles on its 4 axis NC mill.  The patterns were then used to produce bronze cast components that were filled and polished before being nickel plated.

These handles were able to represent the weight, feel and appearance of the finished products in order to communicate full product specifications for Breville's chinese manufacturer.
