Management is an important function at Bayly.  Bayly’s management activities are focused primarily on the delivery of successful projects for our clients. The management team at Bayly take pride in the proactive management of every project we deliver and have a responsibility to ensure that we protect our client’s information; confidential or otherwise.

>Project Management  - As projects get larger and more complex, effective project management processes and monitoring, increase the likelihood of success and manage the risk within defined scope, time, and cost constraints.  Bayly’s project managers are proven performers in ensuring that a project is delivered within the defined constraints and with the optimised allocation and integration of activities and resources.  Bayly uses MS Project to plan, present, cost and manage activities, timing and resources

>Relationship Management - Bayly employ a central CRM tool to ensure the most up to date information relating to your project and account is always maintained, and to ensure a continuity of information should a change in staff occur.  In addition, you will be provided with an Account Manager so that you have a central point of contact for all of your needs.

>Information Access - Bayly provide access to project information and files for its client’s through the creation of a customer collaboration portal.  Where required an individual client based website is established and used to file information on the projects that are undertaken.  This allows access to data without size restrictions of mail delivery in a secure environment where access is specifically controlled. 

>Team Development and Associations - Bayly has developed and continues to maintain valuable relationships and involvement with the Design Institute of Australia (DIA), Institute of Engineers Australia (IEAust), Project Management Institute (PMI), International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE), The Management Roundtable, CEO Institute and other related network and organisations in defence and renewable energy industries.  These relationships are maintained in order to develop the organisation and the professional, technical and managerial skills of our team.
